
Geoffrey H. Simpson
Geoffrey H. Simpson dedicates his skills to all aspects of the commercial and employment litigation practice of Webster, Fredrickson, Correia & Puth. Mr. Simpson advocates on behalf of employees affected by sexual harassment, sex discrimination, racial harassment, and race discrimination. Additionally, Mr. Simpson represents the District of Columbia Public Employee Relations Board in appeals of Board decisions before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Mr. Simpson received his J.D., with honors in May of 2005, and a B.A. in history from Johns Hopkins University. While in law school, Mr. Simpson worked on intellectual property matters as assistant to Sonia M. Suter, where he researched property and privacy rights in genetic material. Mr. Simpson also worked as a clerk with Webster, Fredrickson, Correia & Puth before joining the firm following his admission to the bar. Mr. Simpson is a member of the Bar of the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia.
